So what if it doesnt celebrate jesus birthday? Why the hell would I care about that anyway. I myself am an anti-theist (yes it is possible) and dont think of christmas as religious at all.

Actually, early christians celebrated christmas where it is now to avoid persecution from the romans.

Get your research straight, man. Constantine had to decide which would be the the major religion followed by his people, and in a critical decision, he chose christianity as he thought people would be happier and more willing to follow him. Many things about the holiday were altered around other religions, usually to make other religions look bad, one thing however, was to celebrate the birth of Jesus on the Pagan holiday (yuletide?), that way people would be more willing to convert.
